Part-time FOH / KP position
Scottish Living Wage £10.90ph
Sundays 9:30am-3:30pm FOH - every Sunday
Saturdays 10am-3pm KP - flexible, 2 shifts a month minimum (more if you want)
Hybrid position in a small team in a busy neighbourhood bakery. This is predominantly a Front of House position (on Sundays) with a flexible Kitchen Porter shift (on Saturdays).
Saturday KP Task:
Dishwashing (there is a commercial dishwashing machine)
Maintaining a clean and tidy Pot Wash and Kitchen Area
Weekly cleaning tasks (prover, oven, shelves)
Occasional light prep jobs (shaping cookies)
End of day floor clean
Sunday FOH:
Must able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of menu and allergens essential - must be able to inform customers when asked
Maintaining a clean and tidy front of house
Keeping bakery items fully stocked on the counter
Filter coffee only, no barista skills required
